Kathy Hilton is showing support for her sister Kim Richards after she allegedly went through a public relapse.
In early September, Kim had an alleged relapse in public, where law enforcement was involved.
According to TMZ, police came to a house owned by Kyle Richards in the Los Angeles area on September 25th.
Kim had previously been living in the house with her sister’s permission, but she moved out some time ago.
The outlet reported that the neighbors called the police when Kim moved back in. They wanted the 60-year-old out of the home because of past issues when she was in the residence.
It came out during the visit from law enforcement that the former child star has been having problems with alcohol abuse.
In early September, Kim was too intoxicated to function at a Hilton hotel in the Los Angeles area, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement responded to the scene and placed her on a 5150 psychiatric hold after she refused to leave. The Escape from Witch Mountain actress was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Kathy is sharing her “hope” for Kim’s recovery.
